Jes and her family have attended the Journey for about 19 years, and she started on staff in 2022. She and her husband, Mikko, have four children; three are in college and one is at home. Jes's duties are to serve the needs of the church through administrative tasks, such as keeping financial records, taking care of publications, and managing the daily operations of Journey. When not at work or one of her kids' sporting events, Jes enjoys playing volleyball, CrossFit, running, backpacking, and hiking.
